How can the older females give back to our younger females?

For one thing I think/ feel the older females MUST...stop dressing, hanging out, and speaking their slang; as if they(older females) are their friends....majority of our young females do NOT have decent role models in their everyday lives....the older females NEED TO ENJOY where their lives are NOW & remember our good times BUT share the GOOD & BAD times with our younger females, help with setting HIGH STANDARDS FOR THEIRSELVES!

Great post Kim. A great way to give back is to become a mentor and really be more transparent about the challenges and struggles they have had to overcome. Many girls feel alone in their struggles because so many of us older women are walking around wounded on the inside but acting like we got it all together on the outside. I could go on but I will stop there:)
